Explore a new world with the exclusive Medieval inspired cuisine of on-board chef, Bill Butt.  Designed especially for the Matthew, these menus are created using the highest quality ingredients. The dishes below incorporate local, organic meat and veg and are presented on giant lotus leaves.  The sugested menus can be altered to suit any dietary requirements; we can even create a themed menu for you if you wish.
