The Matthew can cater for parties of up to 40 people (in sheltered waters; for example Bristol Floating Harbour) and 12 people (in open waters).
We have experience hosting a whole range of private charters including wedding receptions, birthdays, anniversary celebrations, wakes and leaving do's.
Private charters are usually for 1, 2 or 3 hours long, and can include teas and coffees, a cash bar or champagne.

If you fancy some musical entertainment, we are able to cater for that too: be it Irish folk, Shanty singing or whatever your taste.
Why not take a chartered trip in conjunction with a meal on board the ss Great Britain (or an eaterie nearby) , or while on your trip why not take in drinks at The Arnolfini bar on Bristol's harbour quayside?
Prices are dependent upon the time of year, day of the week, and length of trip. Below is an outline of our charges, but please do call for a more detailed quote and to check availability:

1 hour £350 - £500
2 hour £500 - £800
3 hour £750 - £1,400

are also available in any denomination- for an extra special gift, or for the person who has everything!
